Shipping Policy:
All the products are dispatched within 24 hours after you order them. : Standard delivery option for INDIA:- FREE shipping for orders above Rs. 99. Standard delivery option for INTERNATIONAL:- A shipping charge as applicable as per country norms All our products are shipped via standard delivery option- The Product is dispatched within 24 hrs of the order recieved and reaches the customer within 7 to 10 days. We promise to provide you with best-in-class shopping experience at every step of the way. We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package reaches you intact. On placing your order, you will receive an email/confirmation call containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.The delivery time period varies from product to product due to stock availability at your order dispatch center. We are not responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed performance of services or damages or delays as a result of products which are out of stock, unavailable or back ordered.
Cancellation:
You as a customer can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing/confirming your order by calling our customer service @ 07290901333 or write to us at herbalhouse89@gmail.com. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order within 14 working days, as mentioned in the refund policy.
Return & Refunds
HERBAL HOUSE stands behind the quality of all its products. We stand by our commitment and guarantee your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of products, you may return it within 7 days of purchase for a refund as per the terms of the Returns Policy. In case of any dissatisfaction, manufacturing or packaging defect, customers can return/exchange the product within 7 days from the date of purchase. HERBAL HOUSE returns and refund policy: I. Return To Origin- a. When a product is undelivered by courier due to some uncertain reason, we will refund the full amount after receiving the product at our facility. b. When a product is lost by courier in transit. We will refund the full amount at the same time. II. Customer returns a. Customer returns will be accepted only when a product delivered is Wrong Or Damaged. b. Customer can contact support team via email, raise ticket within 4 days from delivery. Our team will request for certain proofs of damages, wrong item delivered. Note: 1. Customer Returns will be accepted within 7 days from delivery date. 2. Customer must submit the following at the time of Return to get the refund: Reason for Return, Copy of Invoice, Copy of Customer Order Receipt, Products to be returned.

Refund:
Once the order is cancelled or returned, Refund will be processed via Bank account transfer or UPI Transfer as wished by the customer, which will be credited within 14 working days. We will try to transfer as soon as possible.
